I found this whole release to be pedestrian rock, and the one instro with the work 'surf' in the title is neither surf nor psych. In the right setting, this is probably cool, but an occasional very rough glissando does not a surf instro make.

I must say that there's very little here that can be confused with surf or psych. "Psychedelic Surf" is a pleasant rock instro with some nice moments, at least until the guitar hero middle comes along.
