 | OMG! This is the most original thing I've heard since Vibrasonic. There real surf guitar here, and psychedelic sci-fi weirdness, and so much more in very inventive arrangements that result is a completely fresh sound. |

Surf Enchantress of Ni'ihau 1950

Surfadelic Exotica (Instrumental)
Spooky surfadelic soundscape with Hawaiianesq slide and shimmering vibes, plus great tribal drums and island imagery. Wholly original and inspired, with an infectious beat and swirling gypsy sound. Amazing!
Sunrise Over Ko'olau 1953

Surfadelic Exotica (Instrumental)
Mysterious island lagoon imagery in a Miles Corbin kind of vein, but spookier and disturbed. Surf guitar and MJQ shimmer. This is just too cool!
Mystery Lights Of Navajo Mesa 1808

Surfadelic Exotica (Instrumental)
Big drum drama, moody percussion, Theremin whirl, spaghetti chants, and ghostly visions. "Mystery Lights Of Navajo Mesa 1808" is a soundscape drenched in apparitions and foggy coastlines. Very cool!
Surfadelic Exotica (Instrumental)
Slightly dangerous in a hidden nervous disorder kind of way. "Natasha 1966" is tremolo immersed, slow paced, and deliberately uneasy. Fifties bongos and slithery bass.
Surfadelic Exotica (Instrumental)
Exotic haunting gives way to big, dramatic percussion, a surfable melody and rhythm, and spaghetti western theme. Gunfire is echoed in a very cool way. The arrangement is psycho-layered, yet friendly.
Nightflight Over Tangiers 1922

Surfadelic Exotica (Instrumental)
Melodically more normal surf with psychedelic tone and bongos, and drenched in a haze of sound and layers of space. Floating, soaring, powerful, and very artful.
Purvis Dawson vs. The World Crime League 2011

Surfadelic Exotica (Instrumental)
After a narrative intro, "Purvis Dawson vs. The World Crime League 2011" moves into echoed string swipes and keyboard horn lines, and thunder bass in a spy framework. Double picked slither and psychedelic meandering. Very original!
Odd Hobo Of Hooverville 1933

Surfadelic Exotica (Instrumental)
Heaped in twenties "Minnie the moocher" styling, disturbed by tortured guitar, Theremin, and laughter, and leaving unsure if they mean it or not, "Odd Hobo Of Hooverville 1933" is weird enough to be goofy, yet seriously delivered so it seems like you have to take it seriously. Imagine Silver Apples playing Scott Joplin!
Surfadelic Exotica (Instrumental)
Aggressive drums, strange guitar lines, reverb and fuzz, pounding bass, and intense delivery. "Man From T.Y.M.E. 1960" is part sci-fi, part surf, and all unsettling.
Olmec Ornithology 1000 B.C.E.

Surfadelic Exotica (Instrumental)
Delicate keys sequence, then guitars play in quirky patterns over an interesting beat that reminds me somewhat of Deathride 69. Your brain won't be sure what to do with this.
Surfadelic Exotica (Instrumental)
"Oreth 3498" is slow and dramatic, with eerie Theremin and tremolo. Sludge and danger, disturbed gentility like an insane asylum killer movie. This is just not right in a good way. Very b-movie cool.
