Track by Track Review
Surf (Instrumental)
This is a party jammin' take of the Routers' cheer leader hit "Let's Go." Nothing special, except that it's all reverbed out and not far from what the Ron Wilson and the Surfaris did with it in the mid eighties.
Surf (Instrumental)
The Sandals' "Six Pack" is a nice choice, given the date of this recording. Most of their music was not covered by the surfbands of the day. Additionally, it's a good vehicle for the Surfonics. Straight cover with genuine honesty.
Surf (Instrumental)
The Fireballs' immortal "Bulldog" is reverently done, with a delicate delivery as required, and a good sense of the original's purpose. Quite nice.
