The Surfaris (Jim Pash) - Punklinedotdotdotdotdot
artworkDuring the eighties, Jim Pash's version of the Surfaris were very active. he had a few fresh ideas about migrating the genre to the new sounds of the alternative groove. This single is the result of one great experiment.

Surf (Instrumental)

Totally fresh arrangement of the Chantays' classic. The opener is a slow rumble simulating the rising surf. The sound is intentionally thin, the guitars dry and eighties pop sounding, the bass high and thin, and the keys just so-o-o Romeo Void eighties. This is a splendid one-off experiment.

Point Panic dotdotdotdotdot
Biker Fuzz (Instrumental)

This is magnificent. The huge dramatic powerhouse delivery is very interestingly produced, and the Indian chants are classic. Huge sound, big presence, magnificent melody, and an overwhelmingly appealing power. Wow!
