Strangers 1800 - When Men Were Men And Sheep Were Scareddotdotdot
This is a strange sort of hybrid. The sort of thing that cross-dresses between country & surf, a natural progression that is all too easily forgotten. While 4 of the 6 songs on this CD are a vocals, and the other two have vocal accompaniment, this is cool find. Think what Enio Morricone would have done with Eric Lenchner (Ultras) or Al Casey on guitar and Country Dick Montana (Beat Farmers) on vocals... and you'll get a bit of the sound of these low key varmints. The guitar sound is a surf reverbed Duane Eddy sort of thing. Cowpoke Surf sums it up.

Hang 'Em High dotdotdot
Cow Surf (Instrumental)

Enio Morricone's Spaghetti Western epic comes alive with Hereford meanness.

The Good, The Bad, And The Ugly dotdotdot
Cow Surf (Instrumental)

Enio Morricone's unlikely trio theme is brandished like a sarape in August.
