 | Another CD from the absurd little Justice (as in, there ain't no) label re-ished by Collectibles. This band is comprised of all teenagers who were attending South Stokes High School somewhere in North Carolina when they recorded this album. Three surf instros are found within', and they are all just so-so. Where do guys like this go... |

Track by Track Review
Wipe Out
Surf (Instrumental)
Primitive simplistic approach to the Surfaris' epic drum song. The guitar is mechanical, and the drums are muddy and muffled, and echoed. Barely worth notice.
Surf Blues (Instrumental)
"That Song" is a heavily blues-jam based instro, with a surfy feel from the echo on the guitar, and the "Wipe Out" drums. It's just so-so. As with most jams, it has no focus or direction.
Surf (Instrumental)
This is a pretty cool instro, with a strong vibrato guitar, and a fluid melody that images slow dances and evening walks on the shore. It's fluid and very enjoyable. Like every other track on this set, the drums are 15 ips tape echoed.
