One of the more original arrangements of Jerry Lordan's best known works. Nothing like the Shadows tameness, this is based on the Jorgen Ingmann version with plenty of surf reverb and cool picking effects, but does use some of the Shadow's phrasing. It shows what a little distance and creativity can do. The percussive attack and the throbbing vibrato verses add variety. Excellent power tom-toms, and cool drive.
Hard rockin' drums and pumping bass drive this version of Ary Barroso's "Brazil" like there's no tomorrow. The lead and rhythm and fairly light, but the energy in the drums is splendid!
