 | You can always count on Los Plantronics to deliver high intensity spaghetti western instrumentals. Rancho Notorious is packed with an ample supply. While the sound is sometimes too thick, sometimes hiding the drums, and even occasionally obscuring much of the detail of the superb performances, it somehow adds to the sense of immense volume. |

Spaghetti Rock (Instrumental)
Big drama brings on "Trunck Music" in the grand tradition of spaghetti westerns. Sweeping imagery, loud tone, rolling drums, throbbing tremolo, and whammy chords. This panoramic monster is really cool!
Spaghetti Rock (Instrumental)
An invitation to a one-way ride on a trunk (a joy ride to Boot Hill) slowly swims atop a sultry bass line. Imagine a fifties detective theme in spaghetti western motif at intense levels, and you get the sound of "Trunck Music." Hard to look away from.
Spaghetti Rock (Instrumental)
Big rock chords, rising distant guitars and drums. The murkiness of the recording doesn't detract for some reason. "Satan Jones" is very big sounding, and quite nasty. More or less a riff rocker, yet dominating.
Spaghetti Rock (Instrumental)
Presumed to be dedicated to Bo Diddley's maraca player, this throbbing tremolo mobster sports the classic diddley bow rhythm and a gigantic wash of sound. Dangerous and tribal.
Spaghetti Rock (Instrumental)
Dark and dramatic, laden with glissandos, and hard driving, "Buzz Meeks" rocks and stomps like there's no tomorrow. Howling guitars and menacing sound.
Spaghetti Rock (Instrumental)
As if born in a large hall, the metronome beat charges the big rock chords of "Big Truck," which is spiced by occasional verbiage. Giant whammy chords make it quite intense.
Spaghetti Rock (Instrumental)
This Ramones' song has been recently covered in instro form a number of times, though not this intensely or loudly. Machine gun glissandos and hugeness abound. Yikes!
The Good, The Bad, And The Ugly

Spaghetti Rock (Instrumental)
Always a fave of mine, Enio Morricone's "The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly" is ramped up with very big sound and jaws harp. The trumpet is such a cool touch, linking it up with its roots, as do the chorus lines. Wow!
