Track by Track Review
Rock (Instrumental)
Fast paced, organ swirling, guitar rock-toned. The vibrato throb verse is very interesting aurally. The melody is effective and the drama too. haunting and sometimes intense.
Rock (Instrumental)
This is a rhythmic aggro instro with a punky drums beat and big swimming whammy chords. The riff is basic, but effective, and the organ adds a swirly carnival edge.
Rock (Instrumental)
Chop chord rhythm and an adventurous melody line in a big guitar format. "Big Planet" is interesting and fun in a future rock sorta way. Double picked nervous energy and bog chords.
Rock (Instrumental)
Angular nervous intrusions into the calm that was your life. "Pluto" is like becoming aware that you're just not normal any longer. Disturbing and large.
Rock (Instrumental)
"Body Surfer" is a smooth mid tempo rock instro with a hint of surf and a lot of rock influence. Bluesy organ and distortion guitar work. The melody line is fine.
Rock (Instrumental)
Big drama and relentless riffology forged with two guitars playing against each other. Quite unmelodic, but attractive like a disaster you are drawn to.
Rock (Instrumental)
"Rio Jara" is a splendid track with an almost spaghetti western melody and a great rhythm track. Big, double picked, charming in a harsh way. The sustain and throb of the track are intense. Very cool.
Rock (Instrumental)
The splashiest thing here, "Robotplanet" sports long wet chords and tuff edge. More about thickness than anything else, but the melody is haunting and the effects well executed.
