Track by Track Review
Surfabilly (Instrumental)
Gritty and surf jammed, this version of The Pyramids' "Penetration" flies with ample glissandos in rough tone. There's a clear appreciation for the genre, and exceptionally good roots rock playing. An excellent recording and mix finish off this vibrant live performance.
Rock (Instrumental)
With a bit more back woods feel than Link Wray and his Raymen, but with cool grit and flow, Jinx Jones plays "Jack the Ripper" with great respect for the intent. This is a fine cover, with an infectious sound and fury.
The Messiah Will Come Again

Rock'n'Roll (Instrumental)
This instro is slow and lush in a rootsy way, with excellent tone and intonation. The guitar and melody have an Earl Hagen slither and intensity. Dramatic and strident, and rapid fire in the bridges, "The Messiah Will Come Again" is a closed-eyes journey through the emotional side of rock'n'roll. very good!
