The Humans - Keystonedotdotdotdot
The Humans played an unwitting benefit for KFJC at the Keystone in Palo Alto on July 5th, 1981. Their performance included many of their most familiar songs, as well as their hit. They were on IRS Records at the time, on top of their game and on the road all over the US.

Their setlist: "Waiting At The Station," "Play," "I Love A Machine," "Electrical Bodies," "Lost Control," "You Don't Wanna Know," "Lightning," "Obituary," "Miserlou," "Band introductions," "Feel Real-Living On Island," "Today," "Don't Be Afraid Of The Dark," "Indian Love," "You're Alright intro," "You're Alright," "Get You Tonight," "I Live In The City," and "Go Home."

Miserlou dotdotdotdotdot
Modern Surf (Instrumental)

Under the lead guitar of John Anderson, Santa Cruz's Humans made "Miserlou" into a mid tempo thick grinder with a huge relentlessness. They played it about halfway through their show. This is a virtually identical arrangement to the studio release under the name Ninja Nomads (What Surf III). Outstanding!
