Surf (Instrumental)
Twangin' tomfoolery and cowbells, and more fun than you can shake a stick at. "Happy Herman Polka"s is a jumpin' polka come surf a la Texas twango. The galloping beat and chunky rhythm are superb.
Surf (Instrumental)
Vic Mizzy's TV theme has been covered often in the last twenty years. In many ways, this is one of the more original and less silly versions. Great whammy chords and twango, and a solid beat. The entire mid section is from "Swan Lake."
Surf (Instrumental)
The "Drifter's Polka" is a rockin' polka like a country stomper with a rock 'n' roll edge. Big time fun, twang, and lots of speed.
Surf (Instrumental)
This is a thick and heavy version of "Hava Nagila." It's not double picked as is so common, but rather played out like the polka roller it could be. Totally cool, with a solid beat and great guitar work. Quite infectious.
Surf (Instrumental)
Originally cut by Buck Owens and his Buckaroos, "Buck's Polka" is a lot tuffer than the original, and full of fire and grins. Pumpin' fun for a too-fast barn dance. Completely cool!
