using the rhythm pattern from Jackie De Shannon's "Needles & Pins," "Autumn In Japan" is a very pretty Shadows style instro. The backtrack is mono, with stereo coming only from stereo delayed lead guitar.

This verges on beefy, with murky sound, surf whammy, and a great melody line. "Bengt Vid Granspolisen" has beautiful chords and a lovely image of a rainy day in the islands. very nice. Essentially mono, except for the stereo delay on the overdubbed lead.

"Johnny Guitar" is a classic in Europe. This is a silky romantic version with Shadows long-echo guitar.

First off, this is not the Mexican standard called "Linda's Tune" that the Rancheros made so cool. It's a slowish and fluid number with an easy sound and warm feeling.
