artworkFour songs with surf-like guitar and swirly frat rockin' organ. better than most in this neighborhood, but shy of great.
Picks: The Fugitive, Haunted Melody, James Bond In Space, Blue's Theme

Track by Track Review

The Fugitive dotdot
Frat (Instrumental)

This is not the classic Jan Davis song, but is rather a frat rockish slightly surfable organ heavy distorted instro that's way too repetitious.

Haunted Melody dotdotdot
Bachelor Surf (Instrumental)

This song moves slowly through a place that's in the general neighborhood of the Tiki Tones, but less cute. Kinda jammy, quite bluesy, and just a little spooky.

James Bond In Space dotdotdot
Spy Surf (Instrumental)

John Barry's classic spy theme is interestingly done, with haunted organ, surfable guitar, and cheesy hollers. Moody and dangerous in a nut house kind of way. Quite fun.

Blue's Theme dotdotdot
Frat Bike (Instrumental)

Davie Allan's glorious original biker theme is pumped out with thin fuzz and swirly combo organ. "Blue's Theme" loses its danger and drive some, but the cheesy grin it wears seems to compensate well.
