This is an album dedicated to the protection and enhancement of the world's oceans, waves, and beaches. All proceeds from album sales go to the nonprofit Surfrider Foundation. As with MOM I, little surf music is to be found here, with the dubious exception of Dick Dale and Gary Hoey. As with MOM I, the artwork is exceptionally pretty inside, and seductive outside.

Ya know, the combination of these two dissimilar players has none of the charm of Dick and Stevie Ray Vaughn, or even Dick and Keith Moon. This is just loud metal noodling and near-grunge chord grinding, with a tepid Dick Dale lead over it. I'm sorry guys, but this just doesn't cut the mustard, as they say. Completist collectors will undoubtedly need this, but the rest of you may well want to pass.
