The Drifters - Cherry Chocolate Twist Surf (Instrumental)
This is mostly a fifties progression kinda track, like some minor Link Wray stuff, with a break that mirrors "Take Seven" by the legendary Novas ("The Crusher"). It's less spirited than that band's lone instro, being dry and more knife-slit cone sounding. A nice find.
