Forgot To Put The Chain On Baxter

Surf (Instrumental)
Fuzz, organ, bass thunder and great drums. "Forgot To Put The Chain On Baxter" is a thickly textured progressional track with a somewhat dramatic build up, much like film scores. Sometimes intense, often commanding.
Surf (Instrumental)
Bouncy and direct, "I Walk The Lion" is a sunny afternoon carefree surf instro with a groovy melody line and an infectious open road beat. Nice stuff!
Guitar Sax Duet (Instrumental)
Repeated sample citing "bees" provides part of the rhythm under a guitar-sax duet with a curious disturbed surfability... like maybe if Captain Beefheart went surfing with Frank Zappa and Creed Taylor.
Rock (Instrumental)
"Margery Is Dead" is a light hearted rock song with a poppy edge and playful melody. It invokes images of dolls and child play.
Surf (Instrumental)
This relatively non melodic song doesn't hold up very well instrumentally, though a glissando or two give it a surf feel. Tuff guitar and love for the Fab Four prevails.
Rock (Instrumental)
Whirling organ and guitar trade lead duty in this easy rock version of the Beatles classic. Handclaps and the sort of light approach mall organs employ gives this an innocent sound.
Surf (Instrumental)
A really fun rhythm, great drums, and a cheesy organ portray Christmas as if it's fifty years ago. "Sleigh Ride" is very nicely done, and certainly fit for family gift exchanges.
