Track by Track Review
The Noblemen - Dragon Walk

Pre Surf (Instrumental)
Nasty sax and reverbed growling guitar, and a mean riff. The nasty extreme vibrato in the bridges is very cool and unusual, almost like the Carnations' "Scorpion." It's not melodic, but it's primal and raw, with a throbbing magnetism.
The Noblemen - Thunder Wagon

Pre Surf (Instrumental)
What a nifty guitar riff. Unfortunately, it's milked to death. The sax is raw, and the beat relentless. OK, so it's fun and infectious in a garage sorta way with its Lee Hazelwood "Movin'" guitar riffs.
The Virtues - Guitar Boogie Twist

Rock (Instrumental)
"Guitar Boogie Twist" is a very pedestrian guitar boogie, not nearly as interesting as some Virtues tracks. This is also a fairly muddy recording.
