Wah wah guitar plays against a relentless soulful ballroom rhythm track. The lead plays a melodic fuzz line now and then. This stands up pretty well, considering it's minus the lead melody and voice. This is actually a backtrack to a song called "First Time Lady," if I understand the engineer's studio chatter at the start of the track correctly.
