 | Sadly, some potentially cool instros are smothered in the worst sound I've heard in ages. Clean it up and maybe there's something here. |
Picks: Requiem For Bela Lugosi, Invaders From Mars, It's Wake Up In The Morning, Panico En Urano, Transylvania Almeria, Spain
Track by Track Review
Requiem For Bela Lugosi
Surf (Instrumental)
This is real lo-fi garage instro rock, with a minimal riff and some bee-nuisance guitar fluttering. In better audio, it might be much more interesting.
Invaders From Mars
Surf (Instrumental)
A super simple riff annoys while a progression tries to get on top of the repetition. It never really happens.
It's Wake Up In The Morning
Surf (Instrumental)
In search of drama, but hidden behind dreadfully thin super crappy sound, "It's Wake Up In The Morning" can only annoy.
Panico En Urano
Surf (Instrumental)
El crappo trash sound and bashing drums... this reminds me of hearing the Mummies from around the corner.
Transylvania Almeria, Spain
Surf (Instrumental)
Holy cow - stereo. Still, it's very crappy sound, but at least there is some dynamics and sense of more than your neighbor's radio on distort. Not interesting.
