Phil Dirt - Reverb Central - PO Box 1609, Felton, CA 95018-1609 USA Los Bastardos del BroncO - Terminus Explodicus

 | These are three tracks I've gleaned from the net by one hot rockin' surfband. There are a few more out there awaiting capture, and one day they'll appear here. Los Bastardos del BroncO called it a day in 2006, leaving behind a trail of interesting evidence of their prowess and an unreleased album. Live at cafe Terminus, Verrebroek |
Picks: Bombora, La Bajada, Agent BroncO, Agent BroncO, Examination, MiF, Beach Bitches

Surf (Instrumental)
This is a rippin' live lo-fi capture of a tuff performance of the Original Surfaris' "Bombora." The lads power through it with edge, distortion, and gutty attack. Musta been something to see!
Surf (Instrumental)
The Treble Spankers' "La Bajada" is played with all stop suspended. Fast and fiery, with hard charging energy. The distortion and edge adds to the power and flair of the song. Very cool!
Surf (Instrumental)
With the buzz and edge of Armageddon's "Buzzard," Los Bastardos del Bronco fire a relentless barrage of notes. Heavy, dark, dangerous, and very intense.
(Instrumental)
In studio, the "Buzzard" (Armageddon) intensity is lessened some, but replaced by a punkoidal heaviness. Over the top powerful and spontaneous.
(Instrumental)
"Examination" is a much less melodic number with more fire and attack than style. Its riff cycles through at high volume and without remorse.
(Instrumental)
"MiF" is a dark and dangerous number that's all about punk anger and double picked dungeonous guitar. Very dark...
(Instrumental)
Oddly compelling darkness and relentless power trash and burn in this semi-melodic thrasher. Interesting fills and chocked chops, feedback, and more. Quite engaging!
