Los Jets' Eduardo Bartrina has assemble a collection of vintage rocker and pop numbers in a cohesive and very listenable package. Cleaning Up is more than it suggests, with clean modern sound and production values lending a sense of now to very reverently done covers, sounding in many ways like the Nashville music machine's output of the period. Great for a lazy afternoon!

Santo and Johnny's "Sleep Walk" has an airy feeling about it here, with long delay on the guitar simulating the effect of the steel on the original, but the sound is not at all like it. Most version not played on the steel miss the point of the song, but Eduardo Bartrina really captures the moment.
