Go-Go (Instrumental)
This is a totally fun track in the way The Neutrons (Wales) and The Halibuts (Manhattan Beach) always were, though the sound of Achtung Rakete is completely different. Infectious and go-go cool, with modern tone and instrumentation. The arrangement is rich with textures and interplay. It's quite an interesting blend of sounds.
Surf (Instrumental)
Infectious chop chords and an adventurous melody line in cool tone carry you along a coastal spyway. "Hirschspung" is a very cool track with an exotic Middle Eastern break that evolves into feedback and big chords. Superb arranging and multi-textured sound.
Surf (Instrumental)
Tom toms and space wind, adventurous guitar chords, a Mermen-like melody line, and Neutrons-like keys create a fascinating ride. This is one of those tracks that really depends on the bass, and the drums here are very strong. A touch of spaghetti a la The Insect Surfers, and the picture is complete.
